I recently had a fabulous stay at a guesthouse in a lively and interesting neighborhood. The staff, particularly the Brazilian manager, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and appropriately equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was delighted to have a room with a balcony, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. Additionally, the hotel's location in this great neighborhood provided easy access to nearby attractions and a variety of dining options.

No major issues, just a small suggestion for improvement. It would be great if the hotel could consider creating an outdoor patio for smokers, as climbing up and down multiple flights of stairs for a cigarette can be a bit inconvenient.

The location was perfect, close to a metro station that made transportation across the city super easy. The guesthouse was also really clean and organized, which made everything so much easier. The kitchen/dining room was fully equipped, so we could cook if we wanted to, which was a really nice option. The nearby shops and restaurants were also really convenient.

The walls were pretty thin, so we could hear the neighbors quite easily. This made it hard to sleep some nights, especially when they were loud.

Spent New Year at a hotel in a very lively neighborhood, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. This was great as we didn't need to go too far to have a good time. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We felt secure throughout our stay as there were security cameras around the building. the room was spotless and very modern, perfect for a short stay.

The walls in the hotel were a bit too thin, so we could hear noise from the other rooms. This made it hard to sleep at times, particularly during the New Year's Eve party.

The hotel was exceptional value for money. The room was spacious and had all the equipment needed, including a balcony with a lovely view. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location in a great neighborhood made it easy to explore and there were plenty of nearby options for breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was superb and the facilities were very functional. Transportation was very close to the hotel which made it quite convenient for me to explore this city. The staff was very friendly and helped me with any inquiries I had.

For us it was ideal.

the location was great with several metro stations and dining places nearby. the room we stayed in was tidy and airy, equipped with a fan which was useful in the summer. the bathroom and kitchen were cleaned daily. the helpful staff was available at all times and provided amazing service.

Occasionally, we could hear noises from other rooms which caused some disturbance.
